Oooh, Indian-Style Rice Salad, what's in a name? You look amazing.
I just love Mark Bittman's books, his attitude-y show on PBS and his columns in the NY Times. Are there other summer cold salads out there you would recommend?
UPDATE: We made Bittman's Pad Thai-Style Rice Salad Friday night, too. It was easy and tasty and such a nice change of pace. Pretty good with a little lime!
