Remember how I mentioned being on the look out for the perfect recipe box last month? Well, I think I've found it! Charles Fradin designs this whimsical card file, sophisticated stationery and throws as well as furniture. Each piece looks crafted to be kept--and kept with style.

That very well may be the perfect recipe box. The illustrated tabs are what did me in. So adorable! What a find!
i didn't think i needed a recipe box until now. i still don't, but i want that one. it's a beauty as is their stationery.
I've always wanted a recipe box instead of a recipe book... now I know why. :)
I just love the letterpress tabs, the simple box--so nice. The price is something else...but maybe if you call it a recipe 'archive' for the generations I could see it being worth every penny. How am I doing justifying this? :)
so cute. love it.
