We had our first snowfall this week and today our house has been full of all this warm bright light. Looking out, I was thinking, wouldn't a bright and lively little Italian wedding party be great? Limoncello, struffoli, pizelle, tiramisu, espresso...casual and decadent, doesn't it sound perfect?

What an amazing cake. I bet that takes HOURS of work to create.
Hope you're feeling better!
this is a nice break from the dreary winter :)
Oooh I can almost taste the sorbet! And that flower girl dress with the bright sash is so cheery. Love it.
P.S. Your blogger book love is up--and it turned out beautifully. Thanks again for participating!
What a nice change of pace for December! And all the food looks so yummy.
i love this post! so lovely...it also makes me think of my italian grandma: we used to make those pizzelle cookies together in her kitchen. she would help me with the batter & the waffle iron & i would get to roll them myself! such a sweet memory, thanks for evoking it with this photo on the post!
I love the cookie gift boxes!
